a chunk of 2X4 works wonders for getting a few extra miles out of a worn out fuel pump (I got 1500 miles out of beating mine) or freeing up a starter motor that is stuck on or will not work. Enough wire to run the fuel pump right from the battery when the electronics don't want to turn it on (good for a week if you don't mind raising the hood). A spare belt for when the neighbors cat decides to take a nap under your nice warm hood( I miss the "B" motor SAAB with the gear driven water pump, don't need no stinkin belt). A credit card good for a new battery at Wal-mart, they seem to be just far enough apart that when the Alternator dies you can drive from store to store and exchange the defective(now dead) battery you just bought for a brand new fully charged one(good for 700 miles). Big roll of "duct" tape. And of course a friend of the opposite sex, cause if all else fails, you do have a rear seat that folds down.
