Leaking exhaust manifold gasket (or not)?

While trying to decipher a metallic noise on the right-hand side (passenger) of the engine when the car is first started (which I think might be the serp belt tensioner/pulley, but any other advice will be accepted...), I noticed a little "water" (or condensation) would bubble out from between the exhaust manifold and the engine block on the left-most part of the manifold (driver's side). This happens only when the engine has sat overnight, and only for the first minute or two of warming up. The "water" spits out from the top of the exhaust manifold, then quickly evaporates due to the heat, and eventually stops coming out after a minute or two. The amount of "water" is extremely minimal, and I do not smell anti-freeze, so I do not think it is coolant. More than likely, it is condensation.
Is this a cause for alarm? Is the gasket in need of replacement? Is this normal?
I also noticed this same condition where the turbocharger is attached to the exhaust manifold (NOT where it meets the downpipe), again where there is a gasket involved. Very little "water" oozes out, quickly evaporates, and then stops happening altogether.
I do notice a considerable amount of condensation runs out/spits out of the exhaust tip during warm-up (not during driving or if car is re-started after a drive). I know this is typical, but how much is acceptable? My commute is a daily 30-mile round-trip on the highway, averaging 75 mph.
TIA
Joe
