Hi,
I actually had a sever exhaust leak for a while. The car was super loan and I could actually feel whirlwinds of hot exhaust when I put my hand up to it. I have removed the turbo and replaced the gasket. Everything is fine in terms of the noise- its gone. However, I have notice that my car no backfires (pops) sometimes after hard accelaration only when I let go of the gas. What do you think? I have checked time and time again and have found no leaks ( nothing like before).
Thanks
Roman

PS I do have the resonator removed, so it is a bit louder that a stock exhuast but only after 3.5k rpm. Is this related to the backfire?
