If one of the cells in the battery is defective the voltage drops heavily, you'd better have the battery tested and if needed change the battery.
Also note that in cold the capacity of the battery gets down naturally, thus a battery that has worked ok on warm summer may fail on the cold.
Also if you manage to get the car started with low voltage then the EDU may have some reset problems, thus there are some strange things in the display (temp/fuel economy etc). Also for example your fule gauge might not be working at all... The re-start after the battery has charged a bit will help on the EDU. You still might need to reset the fuel economy etc. if the reading doesn't fix by itself.
