Replaced Hooter, problem remains

Ok folks, I got a new hooter valve from thesaabsite.com today. After installing the hooter valve, I started the car. It ran for only a few seconds, then died. It would not start again. After about five or ten minutes, It started again but only ran for a few seconds.
I am really stumped now. The only thing I can think of is the hoses to the solenoid valve. I took all three off while searching for possible problems, and I'm not sure if I got them back in the right order. One hooks to the turbo assembly, another hooks to a pressure regulator, and the last one hooks to the big air hose (The one between the turbo and the air filter). I drove the car yesterday with the hoses hooked up in my guessed order, and it did not die at all. Today I put in the new hooter valve, and it won't stay running for more than a few seconds. So, it is Probably not my only problem, but it is most likely contributing. I do want to be sure they are in the right order.
I really hope someone can point me in a direction. This problem is driving me nuts!
Thank you once again.
