First dump out your old dark oil and fill up your motor with 2-3 quarts of tranmission fluid. That's correct, transmission fluid is the best detergent when it comes to cleaning the inside of your motor. This method is safe and way safer than that motor gunk stuff. No need to change your oil filter before the transmission fluid, you only chnage them when you put back the recommend oil. Oh, yes, run your motor for about 15 minutes, but do not drive your car. After you have done couple of times, you will notice how clean inside your motor is.
Best of luck!!
