Shame on you for not doing the slave cylinder when the clutch was recently done! At any rate, go for the gusto - this means the slave cylinder, the pilot bearing, the throw-out bearing (if these weren't done with the clutch), rear main bearing seal. I'd also give the clutch hydraulic line a good eyeballing - if its still the original, toss it, and replace it with a new one. And speaking of originals, if your clutch master cylinder is still original, toss it, too, and get a new one (or rebuild it if you feel confident). While the tranny is out, dump the fluid, and replace it with synthetic (Mobil 1 or Redline MTF).
