Timing chain breaks, Saab stops...

Okay time for some engine work. I need some verbal help. I am on a "quick spring break" and my timing chain decided to break. I was going up a street @ 35mph and sudenly my 9000 lost power. I had it towed home. After 4 hrs of trouble shooting I found no timing chain. The balance shaft was also found broken. I am curious how long it will take 2 people to fix/ rebuild the engine. I have a hoist and have done a tranny rebuild for a c900 so I am familiar with Saab and the family... Any ideas as to if I can pull this one off quickly or is this a new engine story for my car? I do have a "Spair" 2.0L c900 engine. Are any important components swapable for the 2.3L engine that is in my c900 engine?
Your verbal support is appreciated...
Micah
