I've been mulling this whole situation over and I think I have an intake valve that isn't sealing. The reason I think this is one of the things I noticed early on after getting the engine running is several vacuum hoses blew off. I replaced a couple after shutting the engine down, but the two that cap off unused hose connections on the throttle body I did with the engine running and I found I had pressure there. Air was being pushed out of these vacuum hose connections! Previously this was not the case nor do I think it should be as you should have a vacuum with the throttle closed. This would also explain why I get boost so quickly and so early! Thanks Eric for the response as it helps me to think as does just posting to this board. I will admit I do my best thinking out loud and with others thinking out loud with me it definitely aids in the troubleshooting process.
