screws/bolts holding the bottom panel. Given the age of the car, the screws/nuts that you need to take off may be frozen by years of road grime, rust, etc.. Many of the screws/bolts used to hold the bottom panel(s) have captive nuts and they may be frozen with the screws/bolts and the nuts would turn with the screws/bolts if you try to force them to turn. Once that happens, you would have a hell of a time taking them off other than cutting them. I would suggest using Liquid Wrench a few hours before doing the work.
As Paul, I also has an Aero, I changed the bulb for the fog light once without using ramps or stands. All the time, I was swearing who at Saab designed the fog light this way. Definitely use ramps or on sturdy jacks with wheels locked in place. Some here have used Rhino Ramps that have a very gentle up slope, available at Pep Boys, Walmart for cheap.
I think once you can take part of the bottom panel, the rest is relatively easy.
