I recently changed the same unit on my 95 CSE and experience the same joy as TKC and Paul. So I ordered about 10 new nuts and cage bolts from the dealer...not cheap but I didnt want to get stuck when hacking off the old ones. I didn't use ramps or jack up the car and the car is lowered. It took me about 10-15 minutes to remove the lower air dam and about 1 hour to remove and another hour to reinstall the fog light unit. The washer bottle hides the bolt securing the drving light at the top so its the trouble maker. They are all 10mm I believe.
Anyway, I am about to replace the drivers side unit and now that the bolts etc arrived for that side I can embark on it this weekend I hope!
I am now armed with new info on replacing the next unit. No more sore neck and tramtized neighbours (they don't like my creative language) Basically, the process as explained to me is as follows:
1. remove lower air dam as required
2. remove your grille so that you can loosen the headlamp and pull it forward, leave leads attached no need to remove it completely.
3. this will have given you a clear view of the top of the driving light resulting in less of a struggle.
4. remove and replace.
Hope this helps and good luck!
James
