88 9KT auto with 210K miles. new brake, pads rotors, calipers last summer via myself.
i've got a vibration that starts over 65, specificially a "shimmy" in the stearing it DOES NOT increase with speed. if i take my foot off the gas (no matter what speed over 65) the vibration disappears, so it's happening under load only. just rotated the tires from front to back and it didn't disappear. tires have 80% tread with no uneven wear. NO "shimmy" while breaking.
i don't know much about front end setups, what issues should i look at before taking it to the indie? i've got a million dollar maintaince facility at my disposal, is this the type of work i can do...or is this specialist ONLY stuff?
