I listed regarding labor and R134 plus oil and leak dye.
It doesn't include any repairs if needed.

In your case reading your post below I understand that your car have the worst scenario of leaks, and the shop you have taken it to might have done almost as much as they can to help you out.

A normal operating system will leak (sweat) out the charge of Freon in 2-3 years on older cars and it isn't much to do about that except replacing ALL components with new ones (or recharging and drive).

A brand new car will usually keep the charge for 4-6 years depending on the use of the A/C system and in what climate the car is driven.

If a car have a fairly big leak, you can find it pretty easy, but if the charge leaks out in a couple of month it leaves very small amounts of dye residue for the black light to pick up and can take awhile to find.

If it is the evaporator that is leaking, they might not even be able to find the leak until the evaporator is removed from the car and studied under black light.
That is a fairly expensive operation and hard to sell to the customer since they can't verifie until the work is done.

It is also another tool nicknamed "sniffer". That one can to a certain extend smell the Freon, but with a small leak like in your car it is almost worthless since it needs a fair amount of Freon to react.

Hope this helps

Anders
