As James said, temperature gauge reading seems typical. My '97 Aero is about the same.
Boost gauge doesn't sound right, though. First thing you need to do is take note of where it rests with the engine not running (the "zero" position). It should be right between the white and the yellow. If it's not, you need to mentally adjust the gauge reading to accomodate the zero position. Or if you're insane like me, take the dash apart and fix it!
Anyhow, at idle or coasting, the needle should be significantly to the left of zero position, i.e. in the white zone. With gas floored at low RPM, the gauge should move back to the zero position, then farther to the right as boost builds.
If it never goes into the white, that's kind of a strange problem. It could be caused by having the hose from the gauge connected to the wrong place on the engine - somewhere before the throttle plate. Or maybe there's an intermittent leak that opens under vacuum and closes under boost?
