1. don't know on this electrical, try another bulb.
2. i've lost the radio in some way on every saab i've owned. you can test the voltage to the radio, if it's not over 14v then your ok. get a $10 voltage test and learn how to use it.
3. if you mean the pictogram (for indicator lights) they are commen to go bad on older saabs. i'm not sure which model yours is specifically but here in the states the 1992 would be suspect for a bad pictogram. now if you mean you are constantly blowing turn signal lights and such, you've got a voltage and/or ground problem that only an expert will find.
4. need more info on what was replaced on the brakes, but squealing can be reduced with "anti squeal" copper grease or such products when installing the pads.
5. most sun roof issues i've had are the switch on the center console needed cleaned up. the entire mechnism pops up. then from the undersize you can disconnect the wires and pull the switch out. pop it open and clean the carbon off the contacts. if not you may have a bad motor, relay or stuck in the tracks...but i'd bet it's thw switch on a car of that age.
6. never had a problem, but search the board...many have fixed them.
7. my 900 used to get very hot (dash panel), does you heat work well during the season?
8. i'm going to guess the shudder is the inner driver at that speed, but would need more specifics. does it do it under load, coasting?
there is no question you have a horrible mechanic, find another...and find one that specializes in saabs. there are in demand here in the states, but do not charge any more money.
email me if you have specific questions.
