My friend JJ, IIRC, has a Viggen BPV on his AAA (Automatic Abbottized Aero) and it seems to perform well for him. I think it is rated to around 20 psi, IIRC. As far as lag goes, do you have a JT downpipe? That will considerably decrease lag and EGT's. You might want to try a, dare I say it, MBC. These devices can be used in two different manners. The normal way is to bypass the BPC with the MBC. The other way is to use it in series with the BPC, either on the "C" or "W" hoses that are part of the boost control circuit. By using it in series, the BPC still maintains function for knock-control. What it will do is give quicker spool-up while maintaining the boost levels that are programmed into the ECM. Do a search on the "Performance" board for threads by Kevin K or Dean - they seem to have the most experience using MBC's in this manner.
