Once the car is in motion, the EDU is measuring charging voltage (13.2-14.2 V or so).
Even if you come to a stop, the EDU will continue to measure charging voltage. Actual battery voltage will be less.
If the charging voltage oscillates wildly, suspect the alternator/voltage regulator.
Once you start the car, check the voltage (that will be battery voltage). It should show at least 10.3 V, and if under 10, suspect the battery.
Regards,
Bogdan
