See item 6 in this diagram from one of the site sponsors. Also, once you have the valve cover off, you can check for wear on the timing chain by examining the relationship between the putting crankshaft in Top Dead Center position and observing where the indicators on the camshafts line up - do a search, other people have written about this and I have never done it.
