I actually used the dust guard of the rotor for leverage with a large flat head screw driver to pry inwards. If you get about a cm or so of movement you should be able to take a flat head screwdriver and tap the bolt head (on the inside) away from you. Like chisling wood,,,that kind of motion. but if it is frozen you will not be able to do this step as the screw driver must have a ledge to grab...the bolt head. Keep working at the axle height....nothing will move until you relieve som of the pressure from the sway bar.
