toward the blue one but as with everything else about DI, there is no guarantee, even a new one from a site sponsor.
If you are using the DI as a spare, then I would say get the blue one rather than a "used" one on eBay. The "mileage" on the blue one is likely to be fewer if it has been used for test purposes only. I wouldn't worry about the "rebuilt" label.
I really don't know what "refurbished" means, if you are talking about a newer DI, there really isn't much that can be reburbished other than replacing the whole electronic unit under the cover.
