Is this by choice or the fact that some suspension parts are in need of replacement?
Reason I ask is because when I had the Conti's installed on the car last week, the shop could not do the alignment. I have a camber kit (strut bolts that allow adjustment to camber) in both of my front's, and even with that, they could not get the front camber within specs. So now, the car is at:
Right: -1.6
Left: -0.1
Spec: -1.2 to -0.2
Will this affect tire wear in any way? Since you have "lots of negative camber", I'm wondering now if what I'm stuck with is not so serious. Actually, what alignment specs does the 9000 (late-model) enjoy?
BTW: My problem is due to the bolts falling out that hold the subrame to the front cross-member on the pass. side. This threw-out the "structure" of the car (my sunroof shakes like crazy now and I can hear a lot of wind coming into it when closed). I need to remove the driver's side bolts to re-align the body structure. This happened once before when I removed them to replace my bottom motor mounts.
