down during a cal run. The controller is in the aquarium under the hood back of engine area. Fiber top w/ 8mm head bolts. Pay attention how it comes out.
Digikey has the zitter and heatsink compound if you can solder. Use 60/40 electronic (none salt zinc choride type only rosin type flux) solder. Examine for any corrosion on its circuit board, I just saw one that had some on the driver transistor (follow path on board from one of the side legs of the big zitter to a little zitter). I couldn't test it in my car and it didn't do well when it got home.
Does it slow each time you do a test? The ACC only sends a signal voltage out to the heatsinked controller mounted in the air duct. Maybe get an air hose and blow all connectors dry and reconnect them. Usually the motor goes bad taking out the transistor because of voltage spikes thrown into the controller by the motor sucking huge spikes of current. If it is original it is time for motor. It has run continuously since made.
