It's difficult to explain in words how to do since it could be several things on the side hindering the calibration.
This is for an automatic tranny.
Run the car until warm.
Read and reset ALL fault codes in ALL ECUs. Make sure that the ETS ECU is coded properly to the engine/transmission type.
Turn on ign and go in to ETS ECU and go to calibration.
Enter base line setting (971) and wait for awhile until the KDW motor have ran a couple of cycles.
Go out of calibration, wait a minute and go back into calibration (this is to make the KDW motor stop cycling).
Enter calibration mode (973) and start engine. If engine starts up and run with normal idle the calibration sequens have broken and needs to be started over.
If engine starts and runs very rough, wait for the TCS light to start to flash, when flashing press and hold cruise control button.
Engine will rev up to 3000rpm and stay there for awhile.
When idle have dropped down to normal, release cruise button and calibration is done.
If the engine didn't rev up to 3000 Rpm something in the calibration sequens broke down and everything has to start over again with reading/resetting fault codes.
Sometimes this has to be done over and over again before the calibration takes.
I hope I got it as clear as possible but the problem is that I don't remember the exact text on the Tech 2 screen and I don't have a TCS car to hook the Tech 2 up to.
As with many other things, it would take me about 5-10 min to run a calibration but an hour to fully write about it so that a laymen would understand.
If the car wont idle at all you might have to enter the third command, base idle (974) to reset throttle body.
Good luck
Anders
