and give it a free spin while in neutral (front) and handbrake off to check the rear. As there is a slight contact naturally between pad and rotor, it will be quite evident if the rotor is bent
if you have deposits on the rotors there is a procedure of consecutive high speed 'stops' to wipe the rotors clean. As in 100kph-5kph ten times then let rotors cool. That may or may not help your situation.
