This is not a terribly difficult job. Ive cleaned out the entire fuel system on a sunbird after it got completely filled with diesel and it wasnt that bad.
You'll want to pull the rail and injectors.
Clean the injectors. To do this use a 12 volt power supply or battery and some alligator clips (or a connector from a spare harness) and quickly actuate the injector while spraying aerosol carb cleaner (or laquer thinner, your choice) backwards through the injector. This method isn't by any means professional, but it will get your injectors clean enough to be fairly balanced across the cylinders.
Fuel rail, suggest letting that soak in some thinner or at least mineral spirits. Blast it out with compressed air.
Check the plugs, they probably arn't fouled but it's possible.
Like Lu said, you'll want to get as much of that fuel out of the system as possible. New fuel filter. I would highly suggest fuel tank removal and cleaning. Run a bunch of fuel injector cleaner, heet might work too, once you get it all back together and put some good gas in.
I've pulled my manifold so many times that I bet i could do this whole project in an afternoon. It shouldn't take that long. Think of all those carb rebuilds because the jets plugged.
