Only Hercules could stop this car ...

I'm having a similar problem to JoK earlier this week.
My 88 turbo has the "Antilock" and "Brake Fluid" lights on constantly. Actually, the Antilock light is always on--a bad wheel sensor, I think. Brake Fluid light is new, and coincided with really stiff pedal. It feels like the pedal is engaging as soon as you push on it, and braking distance is seriously reduced. Obviously, not a good situation.
Brake fluid level in the reservoir is fine--above the Max line, even after starting. I also do not hear the ABS pump running on startup.
From research on the BB, there are a lot of possible explanations: frozen calipers (please say it ain't so--I just replaced all 4! + rotors, hoses, and pads), brake booster, too little or too much fluid, electrical connection, etc.
It seems that there are two possibilities--ABS pump totally failed, or ABS pump not getting current in order to run (hopefully, much more likely in a 16-year old car!).
I can't seem to find the fuse for the ABS pump to see if it's blown--nothing labeled as such in the glove box, and none that I can see in the engine compartment. Does anyone know the locations of the electrical connections, grounds, fuses, relays that I should check? Electrical stuff is my one big weakness--I just don't seem to get as easily as fluid and mechanical systems.
Thanks for any help that you guys have.
