Not hard at all, remove the DI, undo the bolts
scrape the old gasket, inspaect the timing chain, I replaced the plastci/rubber cupper chain guide.
Put the new gaskte on, I don't recall using anything to hold it in place as it's got tabs on it. I've heard you can use a dab of silicone to hold the gasket in place while you get the cover back on.
