...i'd say MAYBE...

I know what the cd-player hookup looks like, it's a 5 or 6 pin round type connector, and it would be tied up somewhere behind your deck right now if you didn't already have a cd player or changer or EQ...

It will have a PLUG in it that serves a purpose as a jumper for some of the pins on the connector, if you pull the plus there will be no sound... possibly the deck might not even turn on. Something like that.... two of the pins in there have to be JUMPED or TIED together... which "tricks" the deck into thinking that there is something there...

...anyways.... adrian is right about EVENTUALLY being able to figure out which wire is left + and left -, and then right + and right -

Then what you would have to do, is buy a headphone to RCA adapter, and just cut the RCA left and right connections off... and splice down to the wires.

you'll have four wires on the headphone 1/8" adapter then, left + and -, and right + and -...

...at that point you could splice them together with the wires you figured out in the cd connector on the stereo...

you can just buy a $50 deck with an aux input and it will seriously sound better than that crappy cob job setup you have there. :)
