Interesting! But I think it will be down to who drives better. Launching a stick shift car takes certain finesse, FWD or RWD. I think two cars are well matched and will be intersted on knowing the results. When you are done, I suggest switch the car and drive race again. Have your friend driver yours and vice versa. When I had my '94 Z28, I raced against my buddy who had a '94 Supra Twin Turbo. He kept edging me (rolling start). So we changed cars and I kept edging him. So we concluded that his stock Supra was a little faster than my stock Z28, which was expected, as he had 25 more hp and torque. Also, I can't duplicate the magazine numbers. I know I'm not the best driver, but not the worst. And I could not even come close to the 0-60 figure that magazine guys were able to pull. I think my best was 7.4 sec. One of the magazines claimed 5.4 sec. So bottom line is driver. Have fun and don't get caught :)
