You need to make sure the positive connection at the starter is sound,clean and tight.Also follow the black ground wire down to where it attaches at the transmission and is the main ground point for the engine.Is the battery cables themself in good shape.There is no relay between the battery and the rest of the car that would act as a main relay.You have some bad connection that you will need to find and improve the connections.Check all the ground connection in the engine compartment.
