The SHO wil rev to 7k with no problem . The quickest is the 89 model 3300 lbs. with a 1/4 tank of fuel. Hi maintanence and exspensive. The Saab running with extra boost will hang I feel. I havent tried it my 93 Saab turbo is down but not for long I just got it . Sadly I sold my 89 SHO 5spd.. It did have a new trans when I got it but I dropped 775.00 just in parts in the motor (Yamaha)to get it running right. So its a matter of class .The Saab 9000 is in a class by itself unique not often seen and properly modified will be killer on the street. Stay tune I plan to eliminate my Balance shafts to free up some off the line revs. You should balance the crankshaft for this and block off the hole feeding the shaft bearing to increase oil pressure.
