I think it's much much too high, but I'm not in Canada.
I recently looked at a 93 CSE turbo with aero wheels with 77K miles on it and the price was $3000 asking.
If it were me, I would price having one shipped, and look to New England where they're plentiful, or on ebay.
bargainnews.com is a good search for Connecticut where they don't use salt (that I've seen), they don't rust, and they're well cared for by plentiful saab dealerships and well-off owners.
I bought my 93 CSE and had it shipped 1500 miles to me for $500.
If you could get a car you want for $3000 and pay $500 shipping, you'd still be $2500 ahead of the game, in my opinion.
