well, i checked my own wiring diagram...

...and you're correct on the pins...
you might be correct about cleaning the pins and contacts too, but i don't understand how the fuse would have anything to do with it... i'll check anyways...
my guess is that when i pull the fuse, i will still get full boost, which is the strange problem here... with no power the BPC shouldn't allow for full boost...
and the entire wire harness is disconnected from it now, and i still get 20 psi and above...
in any other car, you'd get base boost.
so...
bad bpc i guess... i'll swap it out soon...
anyone else got any ideas?
