should have though. I just did it on the fly. I'll try to describe a bit more. once the plastic panel are removed from the bottom. Remove the air filter as normal. Now, the airbox is in two pieces. One piece (inner) is held to the body while the other (outer) is held by 5 medal snaps. Take a screw driver and pop them off and the outer piece can be pulled down and freed from the car. Replace the air filter. Now, return to the bottom of the car and take a flashlight and look up there. About 6" or less from the end of the filter you will see a plastic strip extending from the outer fender. It's about 1" wide. Now, you need to take a medal strip and roughly measure the distance from the end of the filter to the plastic strip. Once you have that measurement drill a hole in the strip so it will mount on the plastic and exten to the filter.
Basically, you just want something to hold the filter from falling out of the remaining (inner) airbox. This strip will touch (or be close) the end of the filter and successfully keep it in place.
Plan on 2.5 hours to complete. Most of the time was spent freeing rusted bolts under the car.
