...the red part you're referring to is probably your engine block. The silver part is the cylinder head. You don't say how many miles are on the vehicle, but that vintage shoould be seeing head gasket issues, if they haven't already. Best thing is to remove the cam cover, check the head bolts, and button it back up, with a new gasket and sealant. You will have, at least, stopped the leak from the cam cover gasket. If the head bolts aren't torqued properly, you have a good probability of weeping oil and more. I don't think I can be accused of being obsessive by saying oil leaks from the red/silver interface should make one worry! I've seen engines that were 'tuned', that developed tremendous boost pressures, yet didn't have any oil leaks, so there's no reason stock boost pressured engines should be any different. I'd wash the area, thoroughly, to better determine exactly where the oil is leaking from. If it's a minor leak from the red/silver interface, just retorquing the head-bolts may forestall the inevitable - a failed headgasket.
