My '93 9000CD started to use oil a while back, I couldn't figure where it was going. Then it started to drip oil on the floor when parked. A dirty morning spent squirming around under the car eventually showed where it was all coming from; the oil-filler/dipstick tube. It was not easy to see, there must have been lots of oil blown back on the underbody before the first drip hit the floor.
There's an 'O' ring in the fitting where the tube meets the sump. I replaced the 'O' ring and no more problems.
BEWARE. Someone at SAAB had a sense of humour when designing this bit of kit. If you don't drain the oil before you remove the tube, then you get at least 2 litres of oil down your arm!!
