This is what I was unsure about.

I had this part right. I was numbering pins from left to right. I connected the positive to the center pin and alternated the negative between the left pin and right pin and could hear the solenoid click back and forth.
I just tried again but this time keeping the wires connected while blowing. The only difference is when I have the negative on pin 2 and block W it does not matter how hard I blow I cannot get the solenoid to reverse which makes sense since it is energized.
