Thinking of a change - what do you think?

I've come across a 1997 2.3 full turbo Anniversary, in silver with dark grey leather, plus glass sunroof. It's done a bit less than 90,000 miles, it's automatic which I want, and they're asking about £4,000 for it (say $7,500) - good news is that because it's a dealer there's a warranty and I should be able to part exchange the Beast IF I decide to go for it. Said Beast has done 146,000 and I've replaced things like the auto transmission, head gasket and water pump and fitted the Abbott springs/Konis and JT exhaust. So what to do - stick and get some "free" motoring as long as it lasts, or make the change?
One thing that holds me back is the interior, as I fancy a change of colour from what I've got now (same Buffalo grey). But the combination with silver should work well, and it does have that nice wood/leather airbag wheel which would compensate me for the loss of my custom Moto-lita.
Tell you one thing - I would swap over my 16" 3-spokes with their Goodyear FI-D3s unless there's something really special on the silver one. They look like Minilites but are 15" and I don't know what rubber is on there. And it will be interesting to see what the standard suspension feels like - but the 1997 cars have Aero spec suspension, don't they? Maybe a few new bushes would sort it out.
I think I have to take a test drive...
