Why would you want to do that?

You now have more hp and torque (via the mods) than a stock Aero w/stick.
I have a BSR ECU, full 3" exhaust, K&N air filter, and Hyperboost diverter valve in my auto '98. Supposedly, this gives me 247 hp and 380 Nm of torque (I don't know how to convert that into ft/lbs). I swear I have a helluva lot more power than that, esp. from the types and number of cars I have left in the dust (amazes and scares me!). My mpg's are exactly like yours (18/26).
Going to a stock Aero ECU w/TD04 turbo will give you less power than you currently have. The thing is, if you were to install the TD04 with a re-mapped ECU, you could easily push out 300+ hp...but I don't think the autobox would survive (neither would the manual tranny without a beefed-up clutch).
Definitely take good care of the auto now that you have those mods. Frequent full-changes of the ATF (not just draining 5 quarts and re-filling), avoid using kick-down feature (shift it like a stick), and stay away from jack-rabbit starts.
