I think you're asking what it's worth to you. You have to put yourself in the buyers position. Would you buy a car with 209,000 miles no matter what the owner said had been done to it? Most people flee in terror at that kind of mileage--it's a tough sale. If you really want to sell it you need to be asking about half that, and you may not get many calls even at that price. You can try leaving the mileage out of the ad, but it's usually the first question they ask. Maybe a better question is what you're replacing it with? You've got a rebuilt engine and transmission and most of the typical 9k issues have been addressed, why sell it? Why not benefit from all of the money you've put in this car--there's not much left to go wrong. You're going to have to spend at least 8K (for something with 70K) to get a car that's in as good of condition as your car. Also $1200 seems like lot for the slave, check some other mechanics.
