I recently put an ad in the paper for my saab and I need your help determining if im asking too much for the car or not...
1992 Saab 9000 CD
2.3l Turbo
5-speed
Runs/Looks Excellent
CD Player
Engine replaced 40k ago with an engine with 30k on it, 70k on engine.
Transmission rebuilt within the past 40k
New Slave Cylinder installed last week.
No Rust
Everything works, except the AC(I over pressurized the system and blew the hoses)
The car runs great and has tons of power...
New Tires
New Heater Core
New Battery
ABS/TCS Work Great but occasionally(1 in 30 trips) the lights will come on, it doesnt go into limp home mode, and it turns off on the next restart.
Do you guys think $4000(american) is a good price? The car itself has 209000, but like it says above, all the major components have less than 70k.
Any input? Im selling the car because im a college student and cant afford the repair costs of these cars...the slave cylinder just took 1200 of my money...
Thanks,
Aaron
