prior to starting it and crank it for a few secs (after giving it a good visual inspection). Reinstall fuse and start. Shouldn't be any problems. Squirting oil in the cylinders won't do any good even if you could evenly coat the cylinder walls with oil (which is pretty darn difficult any way). ~6 mos. isn't really that long for a car to sit or for the fuel to "gel".
