The IAT resistance changes with temperature.
14 F - 8300 - 10,600 ohms
68 F 2300-2700 ohms
104 F 1000-1300 ohms
176F 300-360 ohms (warmed up car).
Basically, if it measures up right at one point, it should be fine.
As to the AIC, I've got some info showing that pins 1-2 and 2-3 should be on the order of 20 ohms, at room temp. But that may be for slightly older versions of LH than are on a '94. I'd measure it up and if it measures less than a couple of ohms, or more than about 50, it's probably bad.
