When disconnecting a vacumm line i may have saw the voltage drop .1 if that. When i open the throttle at the throttle body, just off closed (idle), the voltage will move down to .4 or .2 but not a negative voltage at all. Thr only time i can get a neg. voltage, is with the ground point on a motor mount or sling point, (I started at the top motor mount attached to the motor area when i first started checking this problem). It will show a voltage swing at .0, .2 and .8. Positive and neg. about every 2 seconds.( .0 to .2 almost always)I think someone said that wasnt a good enough gnd. for the jumping around of the signal. I changed to the O2 body and a solid signal.
Compression was the same crank time pretty close, within 2 sec. if i remember.
Ok Ron J. I was thinking the check was to see if the filter was clogged and wouldnt flow. I would say it is Definitly full of sedimet. The cheek test failed. It took some pressure to blow thur it. And the sedimet shows a brass looking flake, aluminum very tiny powder like bits, mainly brown sedimet like rust powder, it clouds if moved. I didnt check with a magnet. I can check again tomorrow.
There are no Bosch fuel filters locally that i have found. I have found Wix.
The flexpipe in the header is leaking, so that is one reason my eyes burn when working on the motor while running. It is that rich.
The injectors are dry outside, Do they leak internally? Maybe they need to be removed and sent to be checked and cleaned? Thats $50 i found out.(like you said). What else to check?
