You have previous posted that you had power to the AMM when the key is off.Did you find out what was happening there.
My advice would be remove the glove box to gain access to the relays on the top of the fuse panel.The best way to check thing out would be to wire in a high beam headlamp between the +battery post and the +battery cable it will light up from the current draw.Then remove one fuse at a time to see which fuse causes the lamp to go dimmer.Right down the results.Then with all the fuses inplace proceed with pulling the relays one at a time,again noting the lamp diming or going out.Post the results and we should be able to help you with what the problem is.Things it could be is a: stuck relay,or a bad wire somewhere in the car.
