Probably no correlation, but runnin cold can't help a lot.

There's an easy way to check the charcoal canister - simply remove the right front turn signal assembly - it's only a couple of screws. You can peer in and see the hoses to the canister.

I, too, have that same radiator issue. Again, I don't see that as part of your thermostat issue - that is a weak point on the radiator. If it helps any, my leak cleared up after I dropped in a bottle of Bars Leaks. I like to run it in all my cars, and I had just picked this car up a month or three before. I expect that all I'm doing is delaying the inevitable, but as it is still very much winter here (Connecticut), I'd prefer to do the job on a balmy spring day. I'm curious to see what others say about the best radiator source.

As to the mixture fault, I'll check my manuals on that, but a few things come to mind. First, what do the spark plugs look like? You want to determine if you're running rich or lean. That helps narrow it down. The other things to look at would be the MAP, or the Intake Air Temp sensor. LH cars used an Air Mass Meter; the Trionic uses Manifold Absolutel Pressure and Intake Air Temp to figure out the airmass. If one of those is off, you'll get the wrong mixture. And you could also have a lazy O2 sensor. If you're running rich, I'd suspect the FPR, but it could still be MAP/IAT. But check that charcoal canister. If you really want a test you can always plug the charcoal canister lines.
