over-torqued lug nut

Hey guys, I never thought I'd have this problem. I cannot for the life of me get one of the lugs out of the front passenger's wheel. I was going to replace my motor mounts but I cant even get the wheel off!
I've tried two tire irons, and I bent both of them. I don't know how this is possible, I'm the one who tightened them... about 3 weeks ago. Maybe it has to do with the warmer weather now.
Should I find someone with an impact wrench? Anyone in northern VA have one here? Ideas?
Robert
