I have one here in Grand Rapids (they are also online, use google to find them) and get all of my limited use tools from them. They aren't near the quality of Snap on or Rigid, but for a DIY they are pretty OK. I got a two breaker bar set (one 18 inch, one 24 inch)for $18. One 18 inch breaker from the hardware store was $28. While you are there, look at getting yourself an inexpensive torque wrench for tightening bolts with.
Cheers
David
PS: if you break the lug bolt, you can either tap it out yourself or better yet take your car to a tire shop or brake shop. They can remove the bolt easily (happens a lot at the tires shops).
