that headlights are the way to go.
I'm think the standard lights on highbeams really aren't that bad, but I'm probably going to Osram Sylvania from suvlights.com (only place I can find them) in the high and low beams. Someone here raved about them a couple weeks back. Haven't decided what to do on the fogs. The stock low beams are pretty poor IMO, so I use fogs all the time. I live in a semi-rural area, so the extra fill they provide (mine are aimed well) does help illuminate the edges of the road better. And got me home one night in a bad blizzard.
I thought about E-codes, and still might pick up a pair on my next trip across the pond, but will try the Osram Sylvanias first. According to the suvlights.com site, they are much like the Silverstars, but may have a little more punch. I like a white light, not blue, so I'm hoping they will do that.
HOWEVER.... some of the Hella FF driving lights were on sale the other day at suvlights for short $$, and it is tempting to see how they would be. May stick a pair on my wife's Exploder, which has lousy headlights.
