I have a set of Hella FF200 driving lights and they are absolutely teriffic in terms of light output. As far as "How To":

1. Remove the front grill and look at the back side of the front bumper. You will find some torx screws that you can mount a Stanley 2" or 2 1/2" L shaped bracket available at Home Depot. Attach the verticle side of the bracket to the bumper with the torx screw and have the horizontal part of the bracket extend forward towards the front of the car. Note: You may have to do some minor trimming of the plastic bumper cover above the torx screw so the bracket mounts flush with the back side of the bumper.

2. Now you can simply mount the driving light to the top, horizontal portion, of the bracket. Mounting the driving lights above the bumper is the way to go in order to obtain improved lighting versus mounting under the bumper.

3. The rest of the installation is fairly straightforward with the directions and excellent mounting kit supplied by Hella. You will need to tap into a high beam lead and determine where to route the wiring through the firewall (I drilled a new hole near the drivers door). Hella provides a slick switch that you can use to turn the driving lights on or off when your high beams are.

Other improvements re lighting on the 9000 is to use Sylvania Silverstar bulbs in the headlights, and also to modify a 9005 high beam bulb (which has more light output than the 9006 low beam bulb) to fit into the low beam bulb socket.
